Summer is on its way and its time to start relaxing outside with a simple tasty cocktail and it doesn’t get simpler than this white sangria with mango and berries. Make individual glasses or make a full pitcher for parties or yourself!
Because we are in Spain I use a cheap white rioja but a sauvignon blanc or unoaked chardonnay works just as well. You don’t want a really strong white wine, something light is best.
I used mango and raspberries for my sangria but honestly you can use whatever fruit you have on hand and it will still be deliciously refreshing. Some of my favourites are strawberry and mint or orange and ginger.
If you are making a full pitcher of sangria add the fruit, wine, orange
liqueur or peach schnapps and sparkling water to the pitcher without the ice. You don’t want to be watering down the sangria as it sits, rather add ice to the individual glasses when serving. Alternatively you can make individual glasses of sangria if you are making for just yourself or a smaller group of people.

Enjoy!!
