A versatile dressing that can be used on Salads,protein and vegetables.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a tall container suitable for your stick blender.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is emulsified and the rosemary has been thoroughly chopped.
  3. Taste for additional salt.
  4. Pour into a container with a tight fitting lid
  5. Enjoy on your choice of salads, proteins or vegetables.
  6. The dressing will last for a week or two in the fridge.
