30ml Grapefruit juice
15ml Cointreau
Cava / Champagne / Sparkling wine
Sliced grapefruit quarter for garnish
Instructions
In a champagne glass add the grapefruit juice, Cointreau and sparkling wine and gently stir together
Top with sliced grapefruit slice as garnish
