This easy mint raita is so simple to whip up and pairs so well with just about any spicy food. Try my easy mint raita with my durban mutton curry or chilli bites.
You can make this recipe with only mint sauce but if you have fresh mint on hand it really does make a difference and really packs a flavour punch. I also like adding about a tablespoon of chopped cilantro but I know some peoples strong feeling to the herb so leave it out if you want.
I recommend letting the raita sit for at least an hour for the flavour to mingle but you can most certainly use it straight away.
