Here’s a refreshing weekend drink for everyone. Cranberry Mojito, it’s like juice with a kick. I have to admit I’m not a great fan of the traditional mojito but this one really is amazing. Tart and sweet with that slight minty flavour…yum!

Ingredients
- 6 mint leaves finely sliced
- Juice from half a lime
- 2 tots (60ml) Bacardi Rum
- Ice
- Cranberry Juice
- Club soda (optional)
- 1 tsp sugar (if you have unsweetened cranberry juice)
Instructions
- In your glass add the mint leaves, sugar and lime juice and muddle together until the sugar is dissolved. If you are using sweetened cranberry juice skip the sugar.
- Add the 2 tots of rum and stir together
- Fill your glass with crushed ice or nugget ice
- Top the glass off with the cranberry juice and if you want a sparkly mojito add some club soda.
- Garnish with some lime and mint.
- Enjoy!!
